Buffalo Bills rookie Ray Davis honors "Big Brother" mentor at game

Record-breaking fundraiser will support Big Brothers Big Sisters

JACKSON, MI – A record-breaking fundraiser in October will help Brig Brothers Big Sisters Jackson County continue to mentor youth.

The ‘80s Night Dinner/Dance Auction on Oct. 14, drew 300 guests and grossed a record-breaking $54,500 for Big Brothers Big Sisters Jackson County.

Event sponsors were Tripp’s Collision and Hometown Heating & Cooling. Dream vacation sponsor was Tri County Water. The money raised during the dinner/dance will be used to help create new and support current big/little matches.

 

There currently are more than 40 children on the waiting list for Big Brothers Big Sisters adult mentors in Jackson County. To get involved, visit the organization’s website or call 517-784-7181.
